SRL. TotalSource LLC. (Superior, Reliable, Lasting) believe that our reputation is earned; and that it is our conduct that is used as a barometer. We hold as our promise, superior service and dedication to ethical behavior. The way we act and treat others must serve as examples of fairness and dignity. As conscientious citizens and employees, we strive to do what is right. For SRL, there is no compromise to this method of doing business.
We will conduct our business with integrity in a lawful and responsible manner; we will continuously review our conduct for situations that potentially pose answers to ethical questions. We possess a thorough understanding of our Values and the laws that are pertinent to the work we do and the decisions we make. We feel the most important acumen resides in the use of good judgment in deciding what course of action is most appropriate in these situations.
This booklet provides summaries of important policies for business conduct that are based on SRL’s Values. The intent of this manual is to remind employees that not only do we value business results, but we place equal value on the process used to achieve those results. We will not tolerate illegal or unethical behavior.
No single set of rules can provide explicit guidance for every situation that may be faced in the delivery to the customer’s we serve. SRL ultimately relies on every employee to use good judgment in everything he or she does. We enforce this ideology with continued training. We all must remember SRL’s values and policies and live them! We all should ask questions of our leaders or responsible staff whenever in doubt as to the appropriate course of conduct.
