Dr. Robert Lane Jr., Major, Retired, United States Army, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Lane is a combat veteran with a career that spans nearly 27 years in the United States Army Dental Corps. Career highlights include Chief Dental Surgeon for the State Department Multi Force and Observers Operation on the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt.

Dr. Lane oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including providing vision, leadership, and guidance in establishing the company’s short and long-term growth strategy. In the role as CEO, Dr. Lane is also responsible for the achievement of both tactical and strategic goals and objectives to ensure excellent customer service delivery, including identification of emerging trends that will add intrinsic value to the clients we serve. As the CEO, Dr. Lane is intimately involved in managing SRL’s highly technical and diverse workforce, ensuring a challenging and rewarding work environment where the employees’ can thrive in their expertise directly benefiting our valued clients.

Dr. Lane holds a Doctor of Medical Dentistry form Temple University School of Dentistry, a Master of Business Management and Acquisition from Strayer University. Dr. Lane has had the privilege to serve our Veterans as the National Surgeon for the Veterans of Foreign Wars, where he is a life member.
